Isha Banerjea (she/her/ella) is a multicultural therapist (Mexican & Indian Asian) with over 10 years of experience offering holistic trauma-informed care. Isha blends mindfulness, compassion-focused, and body-centered approaches to support self-healing, inner peace, and greater balance/alignment in all areas of your life. She invites curiosity and creates a grounding space where you can be your most authentic self, honor your truth, and experience healing in connection. I hope to empower clients with the tools they need to continue to grow, heal, and achieve a greater state of well-being. Approach
My approach is holistic person-centered, relational-cultural, strengths-based, and social-justice-oriented. I draw from attachment theory, somatic (body-based) modalities, and neuroscience to meet your unique needs.
Modalities
Some of the modalities I am trained in include: Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior (DBT) Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) Integration, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Somatic Experiencing (SE).
